At Pit Boss Grills, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60-day return window for items in new, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get the right gear for your outdoor kitchen.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team with your original order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused grill or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
